When the user clicks this icon, the EDMS selection window opens and allows the user to choose the Plan images (.tif files) they wish to download. The checklist is filtered to show only the Plan and Supplemental Plan items. When the user clicks this link, they are taken to the Project Development Checklist. When the user clicks the section title, they are taken to the Bid Package screen. The header displays general project information including Project number, Short project description, District number, County, Project Status, SR, Section, Municipality, Group and Admin Org Code. The project header fields are displayed as a standard throughout much of ECMS. The Bid Package Downloads screen is accessed when the user clicks the EBS icon on the Bid Package by Let Date or Notice to Contractors screen. See the 'Actions' section of this document for a detailed description of each icon. This screen provides an overview of the project from a bid proposal perspective and allows users to quickly access all of the parts of the bid proposal, including any changes made via addenda, as well as the EBS file(s) required for bidding.
